Return & Refund Policy

At Pure Designer Bags, we take pride in offering premium-quality products that reflect the craftsmanship of the world’s top luxury brands. Every item is individually inspected before dispatch, and we can provide real photos or videos for customer approval prior to shipping. Because of this rigorous quality control process, we maintain a very low return rate. However, if an issue does arise, our team is here to resolve it promptly and fairly.


1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept return requests only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
  • You contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
  • A valid reason is provided, such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue are submitted with your request

All return requests must be reviewed and approved in writing by our support team before any item is shipped back to us. Once approved, the item must be returned within 5 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


2. Important Notice on Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of our service and all of our customers:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations due to change of mind
  • Claims of unauthorised purchases are not accepted
  • Every order is documented with visual proof at the time of packing to ensure transparency and accuracy

3. Replacements and Store Credit

If your item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A free replacement of the same item
  • Store credit equal to the full value of your purchase
  • A full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide unboxing photos or videos as proof of the issue. This ensures faster and more accurate resolution of your claim.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Products returned without prior written approval
  • Items returned outside the approved return timeframe
  • Items missing original tags, dust bags, boxes, or packaging
  • Correctly shipped items where return is requested due to personal preference or fit (all such sales are final)

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order was not delivered
  • The item received was materially different from what was approved before shipping
  • The customer has followed the full return process and the item has been received and inspected by our team

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued via the original payment method.


6. How to Start a Return Request

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or video evidence
