We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements. Orders are dispatched directly from our warehouses and shipped via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other reputable shipping partners.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

4. International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. If your location falls outside of our serviceable areas, a member of our team will contact you directly to discuss available options or arrange a full refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system. If more than 5 business days have passed since your dispatch notification and no tracking updates are showing, please contact our support team.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
Pure Designer Bags is not liable for orders that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate before submitting an order. If an error was made on our part, we will arrange a full replacement at no cost to you.
7. Multiple Packages
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different warehouse locations. You will receive individual tracking details for each parcel where applicable.
8. Large Items
Items exceeding 40 cm in size may be shipped without their original box to comply with carrier size restrictions and ensure safe transit. If you have concerns about the packaging of a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
9. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pure Designer Bags has no control over these fees and is unable to predict or cover them.
